How often should a carpet and carpeting in the office be subject to dry-cleaning?

I have two sofas, and 30 meters of carpet. How long your company will perform the dry-cleaning?
The dry-cleaning of carpet and sofas will take about 1-3 hours, depending on the degree of impurity.
Has your staff undergone a professional training?
Anyone who is employed in our company must undergo training courses and acquire practical skills before starting working on the site. We deem that our most important duty is to provide top-quality services and that’s why in our work with the personnel we are trying to explain all the details of the work with various surfaces.
How long will it take for cleaning a 3-room apartment with an area of 110 m?
It depends on the apartment. The cleaning of an apartment will take about 6 - 12 hours, carried out by a team consisting of 3 - 4 persons.
How much time in advance can I order?
It is desirable to make an order a few days in advance. However, we can always make advances to you if you urgently need our help.
Is the price of the order told by the operator on the phone final?
No, not always. The operator says the approximate amount according to your words and in accordance with the price-list, but often the operator can not fully define the work volume. In the event of a small order the amount is established by the employee performing the work or by the operator if you get in touch on phone and he will say according to the employee’s words the final price. In the event of a large volume of work our employee (assessor) comes in advance and he can immediately say the price and time of work performance.
What chemicals do you use?
We use professional chemistry from manufacturers such as: "Sano" (Israel), "Karcher" (Germany).
Do you pick up the carpets or clean them on the spot?
We clean them both on the spot and picking them up. The length of time for the order fulfillment makes one week.
My upholstered furniture is made of soft material. Won’t you spoil it?
Before cleaning the upholstered furniture or carpets we are always performing tests for compatibility with the chemicals we use. If the cloth does not pass the test, we do not proceed to cleaning. Therefore, the possibility that we have something to spoil is practically impossible.
